We specialize in the design and manufacture of films. This means that we can design and implement the layout of conductor tracks as well as the appearance of a film-based control unit.

We produce exclusively in our factory in Bavaria. We source films as raw materials from the USA, our printing inks from Switzerland, and conductive pastes and snap domes are manufactured in Germany.

Depending on the design and size, our snap domes have a life expectancy of at least 500,000 to 2,000,000 actuations. For example, in the remote control of a dental chair, this corresponds to approximately 15 years of continuous use and thus significantly exceeds the life expectancy of the motors controlled with it.

Each individual package is thoroughly checked for leaks. If a package is damaged, the product in question will be rejected.

We can produce approximately 200,000 pieces of an averagely complex membrane keypad per month.

We already source 100% green electricity from our local biomass power plant. We have set ourselves the goal of producing completely CO2-neutrally by 2025.

Definitely! As a rule, most other and much more expensive components of a machine wear out faster than our membrane keypads.
